My husband got me the most wonderful and thoughtful gift possible for Christmas...Two weeks of meals from Holly Hale from "The Savory Palate". I am a very busy mom of four children and what could be better than to come home and not worry about what to have for dinner on those especially hectic days! Holly came into my home and we created a menu together that accommodated all of our tastes. It is pretty tough to get my children excited about dinner, but they would ask every night if Miss Holly had made our dinner, then cheer if she had! Thank you Holly for your creative, healthy and tasty dinners! You are highly recommend by my family!!!!

Holly Hale graduated Summa Cum Laude from Johnson & Wales Culinary School with an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts and a B.S. in Foodservice Management. After working in the field for five star restaurants and catering companies, Holly started The Savory Palate in 2001. Three years later, Holly has several dedicated full time clients, an array of part timers and has expanded her services to include more special occasion meals. She is serving clients all over Western North Carolina, from Lake Lure to the Cashiers-Highlands area. Holly was featured in the Living section of the Asheville Citizen-Times in August 2003. She is dedicated to preparing your family outstanding meals and giving you time to concentrate on your life.
The Savory Palate is a Certified Member of the United States Personal Chef Association.

I have been a client of The Savory Palate for over one year and just love it. When Holly arrives she is cheerful and ready to cook. She swiftly sets up my kitchen with all her own equipment including her own spices and herbs. Holly even brings sponges, towels and dish soap. Then Holly cooks me twenty delicious meals of my choosing. I especially enjoy her Hearty Shrimp Gazpacho, Chinese Noodle 5-Spice Chicken Salad and Citrus Grilled Pork Tenderloin! Another time I requested Osso Bucco and Holly cooked it for me. It was delicious! Of course her twice baked potatoes are good with everything. Before she leaves all the dinners are prepackaged and placed in the refrigerator or freezer and my kitchen is left spotlessly clean! It is so nice to come home and take a gourmet dinner out of the refrigerator reheat it and eat. These are all meals that I have selected and include the things I personally enjoy. Holly is a wonderful chef and I am delighted to have the services of The Savory Palate in my home. I would recommend Holly without hesitation. Try it and see if you also love it.

My kitchen smells so good when I come home after Holly has worked her magic in my kitchen! She stocks my refrigerator/freezer with our favorite foods and leaves my kitchen spotless. How nice to come home after driving children to their afternoon activities and have choices of healthy foods, beautifully prepared, ready to heat up. I love to cook, but don't always have time. For those busy days, it's great to know that we don't have to rely on fast food for our family's only meal together.
